We originally hired a different contractor to prepare a cement pad for our new garage. It very quickly became apparent that this contractor had no idea what he was doing. Dylan Bledsoe was recommended to us by a neighbor who was having him prepare a garage site also. After seeing his work at the neighbors home, we hired him to finish our pad. This was the best decision we could have ever made. From the beginning, Dylan was excellent to work with. He fixed everything that was done incorrectly by the original contractor and made the entire process from start to finish a wonderful experience. Dylan stayed on budget, (which was very reasonable) stayed on schedule, and communicated clearly with us throughout the entire process. I also asked him to put in some new drains for the downspouts on our home and level our front lawn while he had his equipment there. Dylan was able to accommodate our requests and everything looks absolutely amazing! You can feel confident hiring Bledsoe & Sons Excavating and Developing. We only wish we had found him sooner! I can't say enough for what Bledsoe and Sons Excavating did for my project. It was in a mess because of a bad contractor! Dillon came out to asses the situation and came up with a game plan and provided a detailed proposal! He did exactly what he said he would do for the price he quoted! There were unknowns that he worked with me at a very fair price! The quality of his work and the honesty of his word is a great asset to experience!! Dylan was easy to work with. One of the few companies that responded to my request to get work done. Always kept me informed to any schedule changes, which was one, he informed me that he was running one hour late. We are extremely pleased with the work Dillon completed on our property. We needed a pad for our shop. Dillon completed all the work which was a lot, trees removed, stumps, removed, grated, leveling, compacted and too much to list. The project ran so smoothly! (we attached a funeral out of state). He was in communication with my husband and sent pictures as the project progressed). He even cleaned up after a contractor who left a pile of rubbish, materials and trees and trash!
